“The Limits of “Clicktivism””

Bruce Hartford of the Huffington Post dives into the limitations that come along with Clicktivism in his article titled “The Limits of “Clicktivism””.  Hartford’s overall opinion repeated throughout this piece can be summarized in this quotation, “And while I support the clicktivism model and will continue to be a clicktivist myself, it seems to me that there are some inherent weaknesses in this form of social activism we should think about.”  He argues that many reports involving clicktivism lack the answers to basic organizational questions. Hartford’s article supports our claim that clicktivism is not inherently bad but it is not a sufficient mean to defeat challenges.
